CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & No-Show Policy – Salon Amore by Amanda Livesey At Salon Amore we value our clients and strive to provide exceptional service. To ensure we can accommodate all of our guests, we have the following cancellation policy in place: Cancellations & Rescheduling • I require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a charge of 50% of the scheduled service cost. •Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a charge of 75% of the scheduled service cost. No-Shows • If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. Late Arrivals • We allow a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals. After that, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled, and a late cancellation fee may apply. Deposit Policy (If Applicable) • A non-refundable deposit of [amount] may be required for certain services. This will be applied toward your service but will be forfeited if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours or if you no-show. Emergency Exceptions • We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact me as soon as possible, and we may waive fees at our discretion. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
